– 1996. - issuance of 70 million ATS corporate bonds for Podravka concern, which is also the first international placement of Croatian corporate bonds (issuing agent)
– 1997. - issuing 14 million kuna bonds of the city of Opatija, which are also the first city bonds in Croatia (sponsor of the edition)
– 1998. - issue of 220 million DEM (2 series) bonds of the Republic of Croatia for restructuring (arranger).
– 2000. - recapitalization of Istarska banka d.d. Pula (184 million kuna).
– 2002. - issue of 130 million euros of bonds of Agrokor, listing of these bonds on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
– 2004. - preparation of the domestic market for placement of EUR 230 million worth of bonds issued by Agrokor on the domestic market
